Expectation for Class

 It is going better than expected; I thought it wise to pair us up into groups during the welcome week to help familiarize us with our classmates. I have not taken many writing classes, only 1 or 2 during high school, so I am still trying to figure out what to expect from this class. I hope it is not too bad since we do not have many quizzes, looking at the syllabus. Overall, I hope to learn how to write more professionally and gain understanding through this course of what professors demand in essays and assignments that will hopefully allow me to put forth better work in the future, and it all starts here. I plan to make this class work; I think the same way as most people would, to just do the work on time and put in time/effort to understand the material and lessons. Simple things like that, in my opinion, go a long way.
